The seller was amazing at communicating and went above and beyond to help me create a meaningful gift. I don’t speak Japanese, but I wanted to order something special for my niece’s wedding. The seller patiently explained the different styles of writing names and helped me understand what would look best.
Even though I wanted it to be a surprise, the seller wisely encouraged me to confirm with my niece how she and her fiancé write their names — and I’m so glad they did, because my original request was completely off (lol). Thanks to their guidance, everything turned out perfectly.
